Failures on the road are sometimes unavoidable. When your trip gets delayed due to frozen pipes, minor collisions, blown HEP, or almost any other malfunction you can imagine, we will dispatch our field service technicians to meet you and assess your car's repairs.

We do our best to make your repairs so that you can stay on schedule. On one occasion, a client arriving at the station with eight badly-shelled, slid-flat wheels was greeted by our service technicians who proceeded to rapidly swap out all four wheel sets. The car returned and made the scheduled departure time.
